Liz grew up in Kirkwood and attended Kirkwood schools — Robinson, Nipher and Kirkwood High School. She married Mike Gibbons and started her family in the community she is proud to call home.
Together she and Mike have two children, Danny and Meredith. Danny and Meredith also reside in Kirkwood with their families.
Currently serving as a member of the Kirkwood City Council, Liz brings with her the experience, and drive to make things happen and to continue to grow our wonderful community for all of our amazing residents.
She is a dedicated Kirkwood volunteer and enjoys giving back to the community. She has served on the boards of the Kirkwood Historical Society, the YMCA, and president of the Kirkwood School District Foundation. Currently, she is the vice-chairman of Kirkwood’s Frank Lloyd Wright House.
